The customer is obliged to choose the desired payment method before placing the order, by checking the corresponding option, according to the order placement steps. The seller will issue an invoice to the customer for the delivered products.

8. Delivery Policy

Products are delivered by the seller directly to the buyer / the address specified by the buyer. Shipping is provided by Fan Courier. Orders for in-stock products will be shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation via email. The order should reach you within a maximum of 2 business days from the confirmation date. This period may be modified by circumstances beyond our control, without exceeding a period of 10 business days.

9. Complaint Resolution Procedure

13. Force majeure

Neither party shall be liable for the failure to perform on time and/or for the improper performance — in whole or in part — of any obligation incumbent upon it under this contract, if the non-performance or improper performance of the respective obligation was caused by force majeure, as defined by law, for reasons beyond the parties' control. The party invoking force majeure is obliged to notify the other party of the occurrence of the event within 30 days.

14. Applicable Law

The contract will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Romanian law. Any disputes arising between the merchant and the client in connection with the relationships stemming from this contract shall be resolved amicably, and in case of failure, shall be submitted to the competent courts in Timișoara.

15. Final provisions

This site is owned by ARMOUR AFC TECH SRL, which grants you the right to access and use the site subject to your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
