How much does it cost to get started with Armour®?

0 € upfront. The system (plotter + Android app + initial stock of screen protectors for testing) arrives at your business on consignment. You only pay for the screen protector applied. Delivery + training included.

What does the contract look like? Is it monthly or for a minimum period?

Contract without a minimum mandatory period — you can return the package anytime, without penalties, and the Armour® team will pick up the plotter from you just as it was delivered. The exact details of the contract (including any minimum activity thresholds for maintaining custody) are agreed upon individually; you will receive them in writing before signing.

What types of screen protectors can I apply?

Six variants: Standard (entry-level), Premium (most popular, for flagships), Ultra (shockproof with 12-month warranty), Matte (anti-glare), Privacy (side filter), and Skin (for the back of the phone). All are cut on the same plotter, from the same silicone rolls.

How long does an application take?

Cutting takes 6–12 seconds depending on the plotter model (Mini, Pro, or Wet & Dry). Application to the phone takes 30–60 seconds. From the customer's arrival to their departure with the screen protector applied: under 5 minutes.

How many models are compatible?

Over 14,000 devices: phones, tablets, watches, handheld consoles, from 126 manufacturers. The library is updated weekly with new models. You can check a specific model at /models.

What support do I receive after delivery?

Training video + on-site training (live session with an Armour® consultant). Technical support via phone and WhatsApp in Romanian, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Emergency interventions for plotter issues are coordinated within 24h.

What happens if an applied screen protector is defective?

Warranty returns are covered by Armour® at no cost to you. You replace the customer's screen protector on the spot with a new one from your stock; Armour® credits the used screen protector on the next delivery.

Does the Android app work offline?

Partially. The model library is synchronized locally for current use; the app does not require a constant internet connection to cut a screen protector. Synchronization with the server for new models and statistics occurs when you have a connection.

Which plotter do I receive at the beginning?

Most partners receive Armour Mini (M.01) — a compact plotter for the reception desk, suitable for 90% of businesses in the GSM field. Armour Pro (M.02) for tablets/laptops, Armour Wet & Dry (M.03) for high volumes and wet & dry application hydrogel screen protectors.

I have multiple locations. Can the package be extended?

Yes. Each location receives its own plotter + app + stock. Centralized reporting is available through the partner portal (partner.folie-armour.ro). Special conditions for networks with 3+ locations — contact the Armour® team for discussion.

Where does the Armour® brand come from?

Armour® is a registered trademark at EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office). The commercial operator is ARMOUR AFC TECH SRL, headquartered in Timișoara. The company has been operating since 2020 and manufactures both plotters and screen protectors.

Can the plotter also cut skins for laptops or consoles?

Armour Pro (M.02) covers surfaces up to 12 inches — virtually any tablet, handheld, or small laptop. For larger laptops or non-standard surfaces, contact the Armour® team to check compatibility for your exact model.

Can I see the plotter in action before I sign?

Yes. For businesses that request it, we organize a live demo — either at your location or remotely via video call. On-site training after installation also includes repeated sessions for teams with multiple operators.

What data does the app collect about my business?

The Armour® app records the volume of screen protectors cut per model, for reporting and stock management. End-customer personal data is not stored in the Armour® app. You can download your own statistics from the partner portal.
